At Perception, we believe that mental health is important at every stage of life — for children, youth, and adults. While our therapy services focus on adults, we understand that supporting emotional well-being early can create lasting positive change. That’s why we’ve developed a collection of books, activity books, and worksheets designed to help people of all ages learn tools and strategies that truly work.

One of our standout characters is Zorro, our lovable pup who guides children (and anyone young at heart!) through the ups and downs of emotions. Through his adventures, Zorro tackles feelings like anxiety, sadness, fear, and anger, showing that it’s okay to feel these emotions and teaching practical ways to manage them.
