for people who are ready to understand themselves — not just cope
You've done the work of showing up. Now you're ready for something deeper.
Maybe you've been in therapy before and it helped — until it didn't. Or you've spent years being the capable one, the one who figures it out, while quietly wondering why you still feel so disconnected from yourself. The anxiety hasn't gone away. The patterns in your relationships keep repeating. The transitions that were supposed to feel exciting just feel destabilizing.
You're not here because something is wrong with you. You're here because some part of you knows that understanding yourself more deeply is the next step — and that insight alone isn't enough. You want change that actually lives in your body, not just your head.
That's exactly the kind of work I do.
I'm Naomi, an integrative therapist with training in somatic attachment, inner child work, mindful self-compassion, and polyvagal-informed approaches. I work with adults — especially those navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship patterns — who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into something more honest and lasting.
My approach is collaborative and body-inclusive. We'll work with what you feel, not just what you think. Sessions can draw on talk therapy, somatic practices, creative expression, and the gentle exploration of where your patterns began. I don't rush the process — I trust it.
If you've been waiting for the right fit, I'd love to meet you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation — a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if this feels right for you.
You deserve a space where all of you is welcome.

what working with Naomi looks like
Sessions are 50 minutes, held virtually, at a pace that's yours. There's no agenda you have to arrive with and no performance required. Some sessions we go deep into what's underneath. Others we focus on what you're navigating right now. Naomi follows your lead — and over time, you'll start to notice the thread connecting it all.
Her approach weaves together somatic experiencing, attachment theory, inner child work, mindful self-compassion, and polyvagal-informed practices. In plain terms: we pay attention to what's happening in your body, not just your head. We look at where patterns started, not just how to manage them today.
This might be a good fit if you...

credentials & availability
Sessions with Naomi are warm, unhurried, and collaborative. She's genuinely curious about your experience — not in a clinical way, but in the way of someone who actually wants to understand what's been going on beneath the surface.
She integrates body awareness, breathwork, and reflective exercises naturally into sessions — not as techniques, but as invitations. You're never pushed toward anything you're not ready for. Progress often feels like small but real shifts: a moment where something makes sense that didn't before, a loosening of something that's been held tight, a growing ability to trust your own instincts.
Naomi describes this as reconnecting with your inner compass — and that's exactly what it tends to feel like.
