how Naomi is transforming mental health care
Naomi is a trauma-informed integrative therapist who provides mental health support tailored to each individual. She works with clients to honor their emotions and bodily sensations as valuable signals guiding them toward safety, joy, and connection. Naomi believes everyone deserves to feel seen and supported.
In her practice, Naomi integrates techniques inspired by Somatic Experiencing, Mindful Self-Compassion, Polyvagal Theory, Trauma Theory, and Attachment Theory to support nervous system regulation, emotional acceptance, empowerment, and healing from trauma. Each session is personalized to the client’s unique needs, helping them cultivate resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
Naomi offers virtual therapy sessions across Canada, making her accessible to clients in every province. Services are offered in English. She provides a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether her approach is a good fit.
her therapy approach
If life has you feeling stuck, unsure, or at a crossroads, Naomi provides a space to pause, process, and reconnect with yourself—without the pressure to have all the answers. She works collaboratively with clients to explore what matters most, notice patterns that keep them stuck, and discover ways to move forward with intention.
Naomi’s approach is guided by the belief that healing is a winding path, not a straight climb. Therapy is not only for moments of crisis—it is a space for growth, awareness, and strengthening your inner compass. Breakthrough moments may be small and quiet: a deep exhale, noticing your body, or trusting your instincts without second-guessing. These are signs of progress and self-compassion in action.
She integrates tools and practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, body awareness, and reflective exercises to help clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Naomi supports individual adults experiencing:
Life transitions, crossroads, and decision-making challenges
Anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Trauma, attachment concerns, and nervous system dysregulation
Relationship difficulties, family conflict, and communication challenges
Self-development, self-compassion, and personal empowerment
She is most passionate about helping clients trust themselves again, reclaim their inner compass, and reconnect with a sense of safety, joy, and clarity.
