  • We offer trauma-informed, holistic therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our therapists integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, EMDR, psychoanalytic approaches, and creative self-expression, tailored to each client’s needs.

  • We support adults (18+) and in some cases youth, depending on the therapist. We also offer therapy for couples, families, and individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including services in English, Farsi, and Arabic.

  • Yes! We provide both in-person services and virtual. You can find our physical office in the heart of downtown Edmonton. We aim to limit accessibility challenges and offer virtual therapy for Canadian residents, including Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and more!

  • Our virtual therapy sessions are held over our secure Jane video platform, allowing you to explore somatic practices, mindfulness exercises, and emotional processing from the comfort of your own space. This accessibility means you can work with a specialized therapist in Canada even if they aren’t local to you!

  • Integration Therapy involves the use of medicine at either a psycholytic or psychedelic dosage level, depending on the client’s needs. The medicine journey itself is completed in another space, under the close supervision of a nurse. Following this, clients can work with our therapist, Daya, in sober integration sessions to process their experience, explore insights, and support deeper healing.

  • During Animal Assisted Intervention treatments, a canine will be working closely with you. This service is only offered in-person, in Edmonton, Alberta. If you are looking for Equine or other animals, please contact us for referral services.

  • Each of our therapists has a unique approach and specialization. You can read our team bios to get a sense of their style, and we also offer free or consultation calls to help you choose someone you feel comfortable with.

  • Many of our therapists’ services are covered under extended health benefits for psychotherapy or counselling. We recommend checking your plan to confirm your coverage. Contact us for information tailored to you.

  • Yes. We help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, burnout, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and more.

  • Somatic therapy focuses on the mind-body connection, helping you notice and release tension, stress, and stored trauma through awareness, breath, and movement. This approach can be especially effective for anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress, and can be accessed virtually throughout Canada.

  • You can book through our online Jane portal or by contacting our admin team directly. We’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions before your first appointment.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know you, understand your goals, and begin building a safe, collaborative relationship. You’ll share what’s bringing you to therapy, and together we’ll create a plan moving forward.

  • Yes. Everything you share is kept confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions (such as risk of harm to self or others). We’ll go over confidentiality in detail during your consultation and first session.

  • Yes. Most of our therapists provide secure virtual sessions for clients across provinces, including Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Our trauma-informed approach recognizes the impact of lived experiences on the body and mind, creating a safe, supportive space for healing no matter where you are in Canada.

  • Absolutely. Our team blends holistic methods such as mindfulness and breathwork with evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, and parts work, so you receive a balanced approach tailored to your needs. This allows for deeper, more sustainable change, whether you see us in person or online.
